**Ach Jah!!** It’s a PA Dutch ShooFly Pie! Starring my dear friend, Amber Nyce Bremme! She was generous enough to recommend this $!*? show pie, and come taste test it for me! **ZERO FETUSES WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS DISASTER DESSERT** **Crumb Topping** 1 c. flour 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 rounded Tbsp. shortening or margarine **Molasses Filling** 1 c. molasses 3/4 c. hot water 1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda (dissolve in 1/4 c. hot water) **Pie Crust Vessel of Your Choice**

OPA!!! We'll use whatever the h-e-double-hockey-sticks we have. Come on a fiasco of a journey with me, whippin' $&*! up in my dad's kitchen! USE WHATEVER BASE YOU WANT—sweet potato, rice; I used Quinoa (red, but you can make whatever) - Rinse grains before throwing in a pot with water (2 cups to every cup of quinoa.) Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. It’s done when the water’s absorbed and the “germ ring” is visible along the outside edge. S&P. Salmon - bake at 350° for 25 min. (or until fully solid pink,) with whatever sauce/seasoning you please. I used a teaspoon of garlic, a tablespoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of soy sauce, two and a half tablespoons of tahini, and a dash of s&p for two 4-6 oz. filets. Goat Cheese (or feta, or whatever...) sprinkle as much as you want!!! Hummus (see Ep. 1 for recipe!!!) Roasted Red Pepper—roast your own, or buy a jar, like me :) Kalamata Olives Cucumber- seeded and chopped Tzatziki- Blend 1/2 cup Plain, Non-fat Yogurt, 1 tablespoon Garlic, 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar, 1 Cucumber, seeded.
